Alexandra “Alex” Roedy’s work has always been rooted in her family and global community activism and engagement.

Kicking off her career in the vibrant media world, Alex made her mark in advertising sales at MTV Networks International (MTVNI). Her innovative thinking and keen business acumen contributed to the success of numerous advertising campaigns that resonated with audiences globally—her time at MTVNI allowed her to foster relationships with diverse clients and colleagues. Alex’s creativity and eye for design eventually led her to explore her passion for interior design. With an innate ability to transform spaces into personalized havens of beauty and functionality, she embarked on a journey as an interior designer. 

As an enterprising woman, Alex managed the Roedy Family’s properties, and built a successful interior design firm refurbishing historic real estate properties to contemporary beauties including her Miami Beach residence at Il Villaggio.  Alex  has been a strategic partner to her husband, Bill Roedy, and his various global health initiatives all over the world, including hosting the Life Ball, the largest fundraiser for HIV/AIDS in Europe in 2019.  

Alex has embraced her role as a devoted mother and wife successfully managing motherhood and her career. Raising four children alongside her husband, her nurturing spirit, organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities proved invaluable as she provided a stable and loving environment for her family.
